Refund & Cancellation

Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy - To ensure smooth operations and planning for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all confirmed reservations at Orchids Jungle Camp.

Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sales@orchidsjunglecamp.com

  • The cancellation will be considered effective from the date and time the email is received.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • 15 days or more prior to arrival:
    Full refund of the booking amount, after deduction of payment processing charges.

  • 10–14 days prior to arrival:
    25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • 7–9 days prior to arrival:
    50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • 0–6 days prior to arrival, or in case of a no-show:
    100% of the booking amount will be retained and no refund will be applicable.

Refund Processing

  • All applicable refunds will be processed via bank transfer only

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2–4 weeks from the date of cancellation, subject to bank processing timelines

  • A 10% deduction towards payment gateway and transaction processing charges will apply on all refunds

Important Note

  • Please note that safari bookings once confirmed are non-refundable and non-transferable, as per the rules of the forest department

  • In case of genuine medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, management may review cancellation requests at its discretion
