Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy - To ensure smooth operations and planning for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all confirmed reservations at Orchids Jungle Camp.
Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sales@orchidsjunglecamp.com

The cancellation will be considered effective from the date and time the email is received.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

15 days or more prior to arrival:
Full refund of the booking amount, after deduction of payment processing charges.

10–14 days prior to arrival:
25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

7–9 days prior to arrival:
50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

0–6 days prior to arrival, or in case of a no-show:
100% of the booking amount will be retained and no refund will be applicable.
Refund Processing

All applicable refunds will be processed via bank transfer only

Refunds are typically processed within 2–4 weeks from the date of cancellation, subject to bank processing timelines

A 10% deduction towards payment gateway and transaction processing charges will apply on all refunds
Important Note

Please note that safari bookings once confirmed are non-refundable and non-transferable, as per the rules of the forest department

In case of genuine medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, management may review cancellation requests at its discretion
